Thankyou so much for your visit to our lodge this weekend. It was our immense pleasure to host you, and Yvette and I had a wonderful evening with you all last night which we thoroughly enjoyed, as I know did Lynsey and Nigel.
To let you know that in addition to the excellent raffle takings of £250, and your most generous donation of £300, our charity plate which has just been counted and banked, was an astonishing £351.23, totalling £901.23. Whilst we have yet to confirm our bar takings, we have absolute certainty that through your overwhelming generosity we have exceeded £1000!!!!
This is an enormous boost to our lodge and charities and we are blown away and incredibly grateful.
Of course, Yvette and I will no doubt be seeing you all again. Meanwhile, please pass on our deepest thanks to all of your members, and our very best wishes to you all for the future.

The Speakers' Chain was formally presented to the Speaker, John Sharratt by Billy Hanna at the AGM in Chester 2024, it was worn for the first time at the visit to the Lodge of Unanimity No. 287 - Friday 24th May 2024.
The EMA is greatful for the valuable assistance received from Victoria Regalia, Masonic Regalia makers in Edinburgh.
